Virtual Learning Environment
Oxton St Saviours are currently working with the Local Authority to create their own Virtual Learning Environment. In line with other primary schools on the Wirral we now have a school portal which works along side our web site. On this portal each teacher, year group and, eventually, each pupil will have their own home page. Over time teachers will place school work and homework on the portal and will use it to celebrate achievement and major events in school. This will be done through the use of photographs, video, blogs, wikis and e-mail. This will greatly enhance children's learning and will contribute to our vision of a 21st century school.
